I am looking forward to the next episode of "Undercover Boss". It's a new reality-based program where CEO's or high ranking employers go undercover to get a first hand experience of what it is like to be an employee in their company.
Needless to say, some shocking and heartwarming revelations are had by the big bosses. Seriously, this is a program that everyone should watch, especially if you're the boss and out of touch with the impact your business decisions and cost cutting measures have on the working conditions of your employees. A real eye opener.
It premieres on CBS on Sunday, Feb 7th right after the Superbowl. Not sure if this episode is the one that was on last week but I would watch it again, it is that good!
